The card heading is Russian proverb: not be haughty and people will grow fond of you. Or so: not be too difficult and people will be pulled to you.
Forgive, I cannot precisely tell it. The irony that it is spoken by Lenin and shows on own tomb. Idea of my publisher, I illustrated:)
