this is one of the greatest and spiritual events that takes place every year in Srilanka, the displayin of the sacred tooth of the Lord Buddha in a grand procession..it's a very colourful procession in which over 100 elephants make their way dressed in colourful and glittering attire with the main tusker bearing the sacred tooth with it's glittering splendour...a must see event!
