Goliathus B. Mastiff

The Partner of Reginald, and the 2nd Level 2 Elite of the Securi-Droid Corps. Goliathus, as you may have guessed by his size and appearance, is a Goliath Beetle, and as such, he is also very strong. Before he was an active law enforcer, Goliathus was part of a well-known gang that was also his family's trade. By harrassing citizens and shops, they were able to take anything they pleased, until the Securi-Droid Corps. came to town. When that happened, Goliathus' entire gang was wiped clean off the surface, and only he remained. The Administrator offered him a choice. He could either submit to them, and start his life over as a Law Enforcer, or he could be put to death like the rest of his gang. He chose to try and make amends by joining the Corps. The method used to eliminate his gang was the removal of the large, Skull tatoos on his gang's shoulders. They are highly toxic when removed, resulting in a fast death. The Corps. purposely removed these tatoos from the gang.

Not wanting to go through that, Goliathus perservered, and soon became a capable cop, though he was lacking in a few areas. He was paired with Reginald, who at first thought ill of him, and mocked him behind his back, up until Reginald was paired with him. He then rarely spoke at all, until Goliathus explained what had made him want to become a cop. Since then, they've become a capable duo, and have used their differences in strengths and weaknesses to overcome nearly any challange.

Reginald

Meet Reginald, the Electrically charged Grasshopper, and also a Level 2 Elite of the Securi-Droid Corps.

Reginald is special in that he has authority to hold one of the 24 Master Chips. He's allowed to use the Element of Electricity to paralyze fleeing thieves. Coupled with his no-nonsense attitude, he's a pretty dangerous guy. However, he is very weak, physically. Of course, that's what his partner is for, as he acts as the Brawn for their duo, while Reginald acts as their Brains.

Agnes Stygian

Agnes Stygian, Remmington Weldsworth's partner. All of the Leveled Elites come in pairs, and each one commands half of their Leveled squadrons. Agnes comes from a military background, and does not take kindly to nonsense and stupidity. She's usually angered and frustrated by Remmington, which is no surprise, since he's more or less, a semi-competant cop. He tends to assert authority, despite having very little, and this annoys her to no end. There is a rumor that has been spread about Agnes. It's been said that she only laughed and smiled once since she arrived at the Securi-Droid Corps. The one and only time she has smiled was when Remmington was hit in the face with an iron support beam. Since then, however, she has not smiled even once.

Fun Facts: - Agnes is meant to resemble a Tortise Beetle, although I didn't really think about this until after I settled on her final design. - Her last name, "Stygian" is actually just a fancy word for the color Black.

Within the Securi-Droid Corps. there are numerous droids with leveled rankings from Low-Tier to High-Tier. They are as follows:
*Grunt - Manual Labor/Handymen
*Trainee - Cops in Training
*Level 1's - Lowest Tier Cops that patrol in groups of 10 or more.
*Level 1 Elites - High-Tier level 1 officers who command their own personal squadrons of Level 1's.
*Level 2's - Level 2 Officers who were promoted from Level 1's. They earn alot more freedom and their own assault walker.
*Level 2 Elites - High-Ranked Officers who command Level 2 Squadrons at will.
*Level 3's - High-Ranked cops who are given alot of freedom, but are also required and expected to do everything by the book.
*Level 3 Elites - Highest-Ranked Officers. Have command over all Level 3's, but cannot interfere with/give orders to any other officers besides their own squads.
*Vice Administrator - High-Ranked assistant Overseer of an assigned sector.
*Head Administrator - High-Ranked Overseer of an assigned sector.
(There are higher ranks than Head Administrator, but they're not as important yet.)

Remmington Weldsworth is bothe the Head Administrator's son (yes, they are both robots, and I know this is unrealistic), as well as a Level 1 Elite. He takes his job very seriously, and manages to make a rather quick rivalry with DIHP once he finds out he's a Theif. From day one, onward, Remmington Jr. makes it his goal to catch DIHP. He works with a partner named Agnes Stygian, whom he doesn't get along with all that well.

D.I.H.P. - The Next Master Thief

I'm an aspiring cartoonist, and one of my ideas was for a Cartoon Show that was based around the age old concept of Cops and Robbers, except in a more futuristic and modernized time period. Complete with Robots and for some strange reason, Insects.

Anyway, this is D.I.H.P. Otherwise known as the "Dinky Insectoid Heist Prototype". He looks like a Ladybug, but is in fact not a lady, nor a bug. He's actually a Ladybug who was genetically altered with mechanized parts. His entire shell is metal, and he only seeks one thing in life: To become the world's next (and greatest) "Master Theif". Master Theives are known as rebels and heroes throughout DIHP's world/home. They give the citizens a sort of hope, and person to look up to. But, all is not as easy as it may seem. A large group known as the "Securi-Droid Corps." has settled into cities throughout DIHP's home, but they are not evil. They only live to subdue criminals and theives like any good cops would. It's their job. The goal of a Master Theif is to acquire special computer chips with special powers. These are called "Master Chips", and they are extremely sought after by Museums, Theives, and even the Police. There are 24 total, and it is believed that once all 24 are gathered by one person a total of 5 times, that person will be granted unimaginable power.

DIHP is after this power, to prove his skills as a Theif. He wants nothing more than to become a King among Theives, and will stop at nothing to achieve this feat. But he will have his work cut out for him. The Securi-Droids, as well as rival theives are after DIHP as well as the Chips, all for the sake of acquiring the power they hold, or simply to prevent thieves from nabbing them !
