A row in the Oval Office between US President Donald Trump and his invited guest Volodymyr Zelenskyj. The Ukrainian president actually wanted to sign a raw materials agreement with the USA - as a first step towards a possible peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.

However, Trump and his Vice President J.D. Vance lacked “respect and gratitude” on the part of Zelenskyi for the support the USA has provided so far.

So therefore the deal will not be signed for now. Trump declared that he would trust neither Putin nor Zelenskyi.

In an interview with Trump's favorite channel Fox News, Zelenskyi later explained that he regretted the situation in the Oval Office, but that one had to be open and honest.
