The US government has suspended the processing of all immigration applications from 19 non-European countries. President Donald Trump's administration cited national security concerns as the reason for this decision. At the same time, wealthy individuals from abroad can now purchase the right to reside in the US for the sum of one million US dollars (appr. 855.000 €). President Donald Trump announced the start of the application phase for the “Trump Gold Card” after the plans had already been presented months ago.

Gleichzeitig können sich Vermögende für den Betrag von einer Million US-Dollar (rund 855.000 €) aus dem Ausland ab sofort ein Aufenthaltsrecht in den USA erkaufen.
