Also the ones who deserved the high vote, don't deserve it, because they were a longer time on frotpage and had more voters than the unpopular pics.

The internet is no place for a fair democracy. It's anarchy with the might of the popularity.

Of course you are right, it is only a website at the end of the day, but I think I must have an over-developed sense of fair play and let's face it - there are two, maybe three pieces that deserve a high placing, but the others - no. It's a theory. Mabye it could be a kid who just wants his taste of pic on frontpage...

Your work is great and I really like it. The problem is people obviously vote to keep themselves on the first page and so raise their exposure. Good luck and keep up the good work. B.

Well, i don't really care. People never vote objective, they vote what they think is 'justified'. When they think it doesn't deserve a 5 they vote 1... when they think it doesn't deserve a 1 they vote 5.

You cannot stop that.

Also you cannot expect that all watchers will like your style/work.
It doesn't matter how much 'quality' the piece has. When it don't fit with their taste, you have no chance.

Have you noticed how when people get three fives stars that pushes them to the top of the popularity list, they are then always followed by two ones that makes them immediately drop back? I wonder why that would be? ;-)
