He is actually retired as national team trainer-
he currently is coach of a team in Dubai...so things look definitely not as grim for him these days... ; )

excellent work as usual ,Bernd,this is definitively one of my favorites ,I consider been able to capture a true tragic emotion in a caricature is a very difficult task,and you done it perfectly,I can almost taste the tears.

Thank you, to tell you the truth- I made this picture already in January this year as it was to be expected that it will eventually turn into reality.
I did expect however a complete desaster and the team did play a decent game, despite loosing.
