It is truly remarkable how a person who loves power so much, even if the people do not want him, insists on remaining as an absolute monarch. One of the great Greek intellectuals of our time, Kontogiorgis, states that democracy does not exist except as an electable monarchy. The banker Macron owes it to himself, if he still has even the slightest bit of morality left, to resign. The extreme center cannot be sustained by the concepts of populism.
