Subject of the cartoon is the speech of Pompeo held in Brussels on Dec. 04 for members of the German Marshall Fund.
One of the most provoking statements in his speech was that if America will unilaterally shape the world guided by its interests this would be also in the interest and serving the benefit of each of the concerned countries.
This is expression of a tremendous arrogance since - with this - he is overriding the vital interests of other democratic legitimized countries.
(Besides, even in the US only less than 50% of the voters gave (2016) their vote to Trump!)
