TAHER HEKMAT Jordanian lawyer was born in Maan 1940. He is the star of forums and conferences in the past two decades, and an active member of the Committee on the Charter and in the national agenda. His father fled to Jordan from Syria to the easier by the French, and joined the Arab army in 1921. he Develop and document "National Union" in 1978,wich was the first experience to establish a state's ruling party. Hekmat is the only minister who lives in zarqa city (the city of mostly middle class and poor). Contributed since the early nineties in the legalization of democratic transition, particularly in the development of legal publications. he is proposing now a national conference of the whole parties to discuss the challenges faced. Considering that the "political class" busy raising money in a obsession ways. He believes in justice and the rule of law and human rights. And recently completed a book on "the story of Jordan's political elite or the failure of success" in both Arabic and English. He served as President of the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Judicial Council. Previously he is member of the Senate

My dear Salnavarro: thanks for the comment.The technique i use for this caricature; It is a water color painting, and then wood colors (of water based). Then I use finger thump or a very soft tissue to create harmony in the colors..thats it.
